The Biscuit factory

The biscuit factory Sainte Victoire is a family business, located in Provence, in the small village called Pourrières (Var), the village of the french poet Germain Nouveau, friend of Verlaine and Rimbaud.

It takes its name from the Sainte-Victoire Mountain, the symbol of Provence and muse of the famous painter Paul Cézanne.

The quality of the raw materials, the respect of traditional recipes and the handmade production made the passion and the success of our factory.
